COVID-19 Policies and Procedures

Our Commitment

Studyville is committed to the health and well-being of our guests. We are implementing safety features to slow-the-spread and ultimately prevent the coronavirus from existing in our facility. We are closely monitoring the recommendations of the CDC and federal, state, and local government guidelines. It is our goal for students, parents, staff, and any other guests to feel confident, comfortable, and safe during these uncertain times.

Phased Openings

Phase 1:

Guest’s Responsibility

  • Only members with reservations will be allowed in the Studyville facility
  • Before entering the commons area of Studyville, participants must have their temperature checked on a mounted thermometer.
  • Upon arrival, participants will be required to sign a COVID-19 waiver agreeing he/she does not present symptoms of the coronavirus nor travelled outside of the country within the last two weeks.
  • Masks must be worn by guests at all times
  • All participants will adhere to 6-feet social distancing guidelines
  • Parents/guardians cannot enter the lobby area when arriving. Parents/guardians must call the Studyville front desk or child when they arrive for pick-up.

Studyville’s Responsibility

  • Studyville will operate at 25% capacity per order of State Fire Marshal and not to exceed 10 persons in a room incapable of functioning under the 6 feet guideline
  • Hours of operation will vary to accommodate members during school closures
  • Staff who feel sick will be required to stay home
  • Staff will be required to wear masks
  • An acrylic sneeze guard will be in place at the front desk
  • Desk mats will be given upon arrival to each student to use while at Studyville and discarded upon their departure
  • Sanitizing stations will be available throughout the facility
  • Studyville will be sanitized each night in preparation for the next operating day

Phase 2:

Guest’s Responsibility:

  • Masks must be worn when walking the common areas. Masks may be taken off when seated at desks or tables.
  • All participants will adhere to 6-feet social distancing guidelines
  • Parents/guardians cannot enter the lobby area when arriving. Parents/guardians must call the Studyville front desk or child when they arrive for pick-up.

  • Studyville will operate at 50% capacity determined by the State Fire Marshal
  • Hours of operation will vary to accommodate members during school closures
  • Staff who feel sick will be required to stay home
  • Staff will be required to wear masks
  • An acrylic sneeze guard will be in place at the front desk
  • Desk mats will be given upon arrival to each student to use while at Studyville and discarded upon their departure

Phase 3:

  • Studyville will operate at limited social distancing protocols and adhere to standard sanitation protocols
  • Masks will not be required, but encouraged for those with health vulnerabilities
