Looking for the best test prep services for the ACT®? Our prep courses for the ACT® and classes help you get the score you need so you can be done with it and on to more important things, like sports and theater and friends and video games.

First, we will offer each student a diagnostic exam.  This will tell us so much, like how well each student does with content, time management, pacing, stamina, precision, process of elimination, and motivation.  Then we will tailor each lesson to best fit the student’s areas of improvement for both content and test-taking skills. Taking this approach allows us to make maximum impact in improving each students’ ACT scores.

Essentials for the ACT®

Course Description

Designed for students who have never taken the ACT®—or those who want a full, detailed review—Essentials is our most comprehensive ACT® prep option. Across 16 hours of instruction, you’ll get a complete content review, proven pacing strategies, and targeted practice for every section of the exam.

Key Features:

  • 16 hours of intensive in-person ACT® instruction
  • Pacing and test-taking strategies
  • Full content review of everything you might see on test day
  • 2 full-length ACT® tests (pre-test & post-test to track progress)
  • Tutor summary reports
  • Personalized study plans tailored to each student

Schedule & Cost:

  • 2 weeks, 4 days/week, 2 hours/day (8 sessions / 16 total hours)
  • Cost: $800 (Members: $725)

Overdrive for the ACT®

Course Description

Designed for students who have already taken the ACT® and want to improve testing strategies or review high-yield topics. Overdrive is a focused, 8-hour course that sharpens pacing, accuracy, and confidence. You’ll leave with personalized study plans, tutor summary reports, and a clear action plan for your next test date.

Key Features:

  • 8 hours of intensive in-person ACT® instruction
  • Pacing and test-taking strategies
  • High-yield topic review
  • Tutor summary reports
  • Personalized study plans tailored to each student

Schedule & Cost:

  • 1 week, 4 days, 2 hours/day (4 sessions / 8 total hours)
  • Cost: $500 (Members: $450)

Private Tutoring for the ACT®

If you focus better in one-on-one sessions with a tutor, this is a great way to tailor test-prep to your individual needs, such as ACT® Math. Let us help you achieve the score you need, in a one-on-one setting.

Pricing: $60 per session* for Studyville® Members/$80 per session* for Non-Members

*Private tutoring sessions for the ACT® occur in one hour increments
